1. Custom Work
Payments for planning, design, development, consulting, setup, research, purchased assets, completed milestones and reserved resources are generally non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
2. Milestones
If a project is divided into milestones, completed or approved milestone amounts may be retained. Pending work may be reviewed based on scope, time spent and costs incurred.
3. Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, gateway, plugin, asset, API, subscription and other third-party costs are not refundable by ANROZIX once purchased or activated.
4. How to Request Review
Clients may email admin@anrozix.com with project details, invoice reference and reason for review. ANROZIX will respond based on the written scope and work status.
