Note: This page explains ANROZIX business practices in plain language. Clients should review project-specific proposals, invoices and written agreements for exact terms.
1. Cancellation Request
Clients should request cancellation in writing by email with project name, reason and requested cancellation date. Verbal requests may not be enough for active work.
2. Work Already Completed
ANROZIX may retain charges for completed work, approved milestones, time spent, reserved resources, purchased assets and third-party expenses.
3. Project Pause
If a client delays feedback, content, approval or payment, ANROZIX may pause the project and revise timelines when work resumes.
4. Restarting Work
Cancelled or long-paused projects may require a revised estimate because requirements, tools, dependencies and availability can change.
